NOW HIRING — Dive & Sports Sales Assistant (Karratha, WA)
Mondays required + every 3rd Sunday Supervisor (8:30am–1pm)

We’re looking for a reliable, confident Sales Assistant to join our Dive & Sports retail team in Karratha.
Our Dive & Sports Manager works Tuesday–Saturday, so this role is key to covering Mondays and opening the store every 3rd Sunday as Supervisor (PIC). From there, additional weekday hours are available — either school-hours friendly shifts or up to 38 hours per week for the right person. Extra Sunday shifts are also available for those who want them.
This role suits someone with solid retail experience who’s comfortable working independently once trained and takes pride in showing up, getting things done, and looking after customers.
What the role involves
Customer service and sales in Dive & Sports
Working Mondays as a core day
Supervising the store every 3rd Sunday (8:30am–1:00pm)
Opening and closing the store and till on supervisor Sundays
Supporting customers with sporting, snorkelling, spearing and dive-related gear
Stock handling, merchandising and maintaining presentation
Optional extra Sunday shifts available for those wanting additional hours
(Full training provided before any supervisor responsibilities.)

Casual, part-time or full-time depending on fit
This role is best suited to someone who:
Has retail or customer service experience
Is reliable and consistent with attendance
Is confident working without close supervision
Enjoys talking gear and helping customers make good choices
Has an interest in snorkelling, spearing or dive gear (or is keen to learn)
Takes initiative and keeps their area organised
