About the role

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Risk, you will lead the strategic oversight and continuous improvement of our enterprise risk system, Archer. This role ensures risk data is accurate, timely and fit for purpose, enabling informed decision-making across the organisation.

You will play a critical role in strengthening enterprise-wide risk visibility and accountability, partnering closely with technology, data and business stakeholders. Through strong governance, data quality and analytics capability, you’ll play a critical role in CBUS’ risk transformation and regulatory obligations and in promoting and supporting a resilient risk culture.

Key accountabilities

- Own and lead the strategy, governance and ongoing uplift of the Archer GRC platform
- Define and embed risk data standards,



quality controls and governance frameworks
- Partner with Data & Analytics team to deliver trusted dashboards and reporting
- Act as a subject matter expert on enterprise risk data, systems and regulatory needs
- Contribute to risk transformation initiatives, automation and analytics uplift

What will you bring?

- Extensive experience in enterprise risk management and GRC systems within financial services
- Proven experience as a business or product owner for a risk or GRC platform
- Strong capability translating business and regulatory needs into data and reporting solutions
- Deep understanding of risk data structures, governance and regulatory frameworks
- The ability to influence at all levels and lead through complexity
