ForHealth Group is seeking an experienced Urgent Care Manager to lead one of our high-performing clinics. You will oversee clinical leadership, on-site operations oversight, and a relentless focus on patient experience.

Registered Nurse or Paramedic with current AHPRA and 3+ years in urgent care or related fields will drive rostering, workforce planning, and governance while maintaining hands-on clinical duties in a 75/25 split. This full time role involves evenings and weekends as required.
