Our members span the full breadth of the property sector, from developers, owners and investors to managers and professional services firms. In this role, you'll help support the teams that connect, engage and grow this influential national network.

As our Membership and Partnerships Coordinator, you'll provide essential coordination, CRM, data and administrative support across our Membership and Partnerships teams. You'll help keep things running smoothly from scheduling meetings with members and partners, supporting renewals and prospecting activity, maintaining accurate CRM records, preparing documents and reports, managing inbox enquiries, and assisting with invoicing and follow-up.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, proactive and detail-focused, with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in member engagement,



partnerships and relationship management.

What you'll be doing

- Supporting member and partner engagement, including meeting coordination, renewal calls and prospect research
- Maintaining accurate CRM data and helping improve data quality and reporting
- Preparing documents, invoices, agreements and sponsor debrief reports
- Managing shared inbox enquiries and supporting smooth member and partner onboarding
- Helping identify and maintain a pipeline of potential membership and sponsorship opportunities

About you

You'll bring strong CRM experience, excellent organisational skills and a professional, customer-focused approach. You're confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders, comfortable juggling competing priorities, and take pride in getting the details right.

Experience in a membership organisation, association, customer service, sales support or partnerships environment would be highly regarded.
