BizCover Pty Limited is seeking a Complaints & IDR Officer within the Risk and Compliance team to own the end‑to‑end complaints process and support compliance risk management. You will coordinate with insurers, underwriters and internal stakeholders to resolve disputes fairly and on time.
You will drive root‑cause analysis, assist with regulatory reporting under RG271 and build a stronger QA framework across BizCover channels and geographies.
