Senior Recruitment Consultant – Technology — Sydney Office, Hybrid

Base pay range: A$90,000.00/yr - A$110,000.00/yr

Commission: Up to 40% of billings

Responsibilities

- Build long lasting relationships with candidates and clients
- Business development, building new client relationships through cold calling, meetings and networking
- Keeping up to date with industry knowledge and mapping out your market
- Finding the best talent in your market by networking, headhunting and other recruitment efforts
- Negotiating with both clients and candidates





Qualifications

- Proven ability to build a client and candidate base within your niche market. The preference is technology / software but we are open to other areas if you are happy to transfer.
- Proven track record of sales billings and success.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
