Reporting to the PMO Lead, the Business Analyst will take ownership of transformation, integration, and project delivery initiatives by translating business needs, current-state insights, and future-state design intent into explicit analysis, requirements, and actionable deliverables.

Working closely with project leads, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders, you will lead the identification, documentation, validation, and implementation of business requirements, ensuring successful delivery from project initiation through to execution.

To be successful in this role, you will bring hands‑on experience delivering large-scale business transformation initiatives, with a proven ability to partner with senior leaders and stakeholders across multiple regions to drive sustainable business outcomes, whilst working in an autonomous team environment.

This is a 6-month Max-Term opportunity, with a strong possibility for extension.

How you'll make an impact





- Facilitate workshops, focus groups and interviews to gather qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Document current-state and future-state processes and functional requirements.
- Analyse business processes, roles, handoffs, information flows, and data to identify improvement opportunities, duplication, risks, gaps, and implementation considerations.
- Assess impacts of proposed changes, and support option analysis and business case development.
- Contribute to governance and delivery support through preparation of analysis summaries, decision-support materials, action logs, assumptions, risks, issues, dependencies, and status reporting.
- Create functional documentation, analysis packs, and presentation materials for operational, project, and executive audiences.

What you'll bring to Honda

- Proven experience in delivering hands‑on enterprise transformation projects within an autonomous team environment.
- Strong capability in requirements elicitation, process mapping, workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and documentation of current-state and future-state processes.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex or technical concepts to a range of audiences.




- Sound expertise in working in cross‑functional environments involving business and technology stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams.
- Prior experience supporting target operating Model & Organisational Design will be beneficial.
