Augmentum Consulting is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead a current women's health practice in Bairnsdale. You will oversee clinical and administrative teams, drive day-to-day operations, and shape the growth of a community-focused healthcare service.
You will report to directors, manage recruitment and training, ensure compliance and risk management, and work with marketing and referral networks to expand the practice profile. Initially 3 days a week, then full-time.
