We are seeking experienced Industrial Painters & Blasters to join our team in Melton.
The successful applicants will have strong experience in abrasive blasting, steel surface preparation, industrial painting, and protective coatings. This is a physically demanding role, so applicants must be physically fit, reliable, and capable of performing heavy manual work for extended periods.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years' industrial painting/blasting experience
- Current Forklift Licence
- Strong experience with steel surface preparation and abrasive blasting
- Experience with airless spray equipment and industrial coating systems
- Physically fit and capable of demanding manual work
- Able to stand, bend, climb, lift, carry equipment, and work while wearing full PPE
- Strong WHS awareness and commitment to safe work practicesGood attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Confined Space, Working at Heights, and Asbestos Awareness tickets highly regarded
- Valid driver's licence desirable
- Day and night shift availability
