RSPCA NSW is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our Animal Operations team at the Yagoona Shelter. This role is part-time, working every Saturday and Sunday (16 hours per week), delivering exceptional customer service and guidance to visitors and donors while supporting animal welfare across NSW.

You will report to the Customer Care Supervisor and help coordinate adoption and surrender processes, maintain records, and contribute to a safe, team-driven workplace that upholds
