With an enviable client portfolio, strong brand reputation and an impressive pipeline of recent work, they're looking for a Senior Associate Director to play a key role in driving client growth and leading strategic quantitative research across Melbourne.

This is a senior client leadership role where you'll combine strategic thinking, commercial acumen and hands-on research expertise. You'll be a trusted advisor to major clients, helping them solve complex business challenges while identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships and grow accounts. You'll work alongside experts across qualitative research, strategy, behavioural science and cultural insights, giving you exposure to genuinely integrated projects and the opportunity to influence both client outcomes and business growth.

What you'll do

You'll lead end-to-end quantitative research programs for a portfolio of high-profile clients, taking ownership from proposal through to strategic recommendations. You'll build trusted senior client relationships,



develop commercially compelling proposals and help uncover new opportunities across existing and prospective accounts. You'll mentor and develop researchers, contribute to the collaborative culture of the business and work closely with senior leaders to continue growing the Melbourne office.

What you'll bring

- Established experience at Associate Director or Senior Research Manager level within a leading market research or insights consultancy.
- Strong quantitative research expertise across brand, tracking, U&A;, communications, innovation and customer insights.
- Excellent client management skills with the confidence to present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Commercial instincts with experience contributing to proposals, pitches and account growth.
- A collaborative leadership style and genuine passion for developing people.
- Curiosity, strategic thinking and the ability to translate data into commercially meaningful insight.
