The Role

- Coordinate day‑to‑day site activities and lead site crews.
- Oversee roads, drainage, stormwater, sewer and underground utilities.
- Manage slope stabilisation and remediation works.
- Coordinate piling, drilling, grouting and shotcreting activities.
- Manage subcontractors, procurement, QA and project documentation.
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications and construction plans.
- Monitor quality, safety, productivity and project progress.
- Work closely with Project Managers, engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
- Be actively involved on site — this is a hands‑on role.

About You

- 2–5+ years' experience in civil construction, engineering or site supervision.
- Subdivision, roadworks or civil infrastructure experience.
- Understanding of roads, drainage, utilities and earthworks.
- Experience or strong understanding of slope stabilisation, piling, drilling, grouting and shotcreting.
- Solid QA, procurement and subcontractor coordination skills.
- Practical, organised and confident leading from the front.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Full Australian working rights required — no sponsorship available.
