Assistant Manager or Manager - Business Services: Sydney

Looking to step into a leadership role with more variety, more client strategy, and more room to grow?

This mid-tier firm is growing and looking for someone to help lead its Business Services team. You’ll manage client relationships, oversee workflow, and deliver a mix of tax, compliance and strategic advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Review complex financials and tax work prepared by the team

• Deliver business structuring, forecasting, and advisory solutions

• Guide and mentor juniors and intermediates

• Engage with Partners and contribute to strategic discussions

• Monitor workflow and budgets across your portfolio

What you bring

• 5-8+ years in business services or tax

• Experience managing client relationships and junior staff

• Strong communication and a solutions-first mindset
