About you
- You are passionate about entertainment
- You have a vibrant personality that captivates an audience
- You thrive in a rapid-paced environment
- You are confident and outgoing
- You want to help us deliver a 5 Star experience
- You are able to get to work on time
- You can use a basic customer booking operating system
- You’re available during evenings and weekends
- You have your RSA or willing to obtain
- you are first aid trained or willing to obtain
What we expect you to do for the most part
- Prepare and organize session paperwork, including scoresheets and waivers
- Complete the full check in and check out process on the venue computer
- Host 2 hour tournament competitions for large groups
- Facilitate multiple smaller group 1 hour sessions
- Entertain, engage and energize each customer group with the ability to read the room
- Have a keen eye to be able to spot those customers who might need that extra bit of attention
- Deliver clear safety instructions to all groups
- Monitor customers adherence to safety requirements at all times
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as ensuring cleanliness of the venue and preparing targets for use
- Complete all on the job and virtual training
