The Prospect

As Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of a significant data centre project from delivery through to completion, leading multidisciplinary teams while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, programme, and commercial performance.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure successful project outcomes while contributing to the continued growth of the business within the critical infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a major data centre project
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
- Drive programme, cost, quality, and safety performance
- Oversee project reporting, risk management, and client engagement
- Ensure successful project execution in line with contractual requirements




- Mentor and develop project delivery teams
- Support strategic business objectives and future project opportunities

About You

- Proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects as a Project Manager or Project Director $50M+ upwards
- Strong background within commercial, industrial, mission‑critical, health, infrastructure, or data centre environments
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen and contract administration experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead high‑performing project teams
- A collaborative leadership style with a focus on project outcomes
