We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Accounts Assistant to support accounts processing, customer enquiries and administrative functions to deliver support services to older people and individuals with disabilities. This role is ideal for someone with robust finance administration experience who enjoys delivering high-quality customer service while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify creditor invoices against planned expenditure within the client management system.
- Process accounts payable transactions, including raising and receipting purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day financial operations.
- Respond to and resolve accounts-related enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with accounts receivable processing, reconciliations and reporting.
- Support ongoing finance administration and data integrity activities.
About You
- Experience in accounts payable,
finance administration or a similar accounting support role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Experience using finance and business systems, ideally TechOne or similar ERP platforms.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and strong administrative capability.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
