Arcare Aged Care is seeking a Support Manager Catering Services to oversee catering and dining across multiple residences in Victoria. Based in Melbourne, you’ll support Residence Managers, General Services Managers and chefs to deliver a five-star dining experience aligned with Arcare values.
You will monitor budgets, lead food-safety initiatives, and provide leadership and training to catering teams. This role requires multi-site experience, HACCP knowledge and robust stakeholder collaboration.
