Join a highly respected boutique client-side project management consultancy where you'll work side by side with experienced Directors and Project Managers, gaining exposure to every stage of the project lifecycle.
This isn't a role where you'll spend years updating spreadsheets and sitting on the sidelines.
From day one, you'll be involved in real projects, real client meetings and real decision-making while being mentored by some of the industry's most experienced professionals.

The Projects
You'll work across a diverse portfolio including:
- Luxury Residential Homes
- Industrial Developments
- High-End Fitout & Refurbishment Projects
Every project offers new challenges, new clients and new learning opportunities, giving you the broad experience that many Assistant Project Managers simply don't get elsewhere.
The Role
Working closely with the Directors and Project Managers, you'll support the delivery of projects from feasibility through to completion while building your technical, commercial and client management skills.
You'll gain hands-on experience across every phase of project delivery, with increasing responsibility as your experience grows.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist with project delivery from feasibility through to handover
- Coordinate consultants, contractors and project stakeholders
- Attend client, design and site meetings
- Support procurement and contract administration
- Assist with programme, budget and risk management
- Coordinate project documentation and approvals
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress
- Prepare client reports and meeting minutes
- Support project handovers and defect management
About You
You'll ideally have:
- 1-3+ years' experience in client-side project management, construction, consultancy or project coordination
- A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline
- Solid communication and organisational skills
- A positive attitude and genuine desire to learn
- Excellent attention to detail
- A passion for construction, development and project delivery
