Northern Star Mining Services Limited seeks a Production Supervisor for the KCGM Superpit in Western Australia. This residential role operates on a lifestyle roster (7 days on, 7 off, including nights) directing loading and ancillary equipment to safely meet production targets in an open pit.
You will lead unit operators, monitor performance, coordinate with dispatch, and foster a solid safety culture while coaching and mentoring teams to achieve strategic objectives and continuous improvement.
