Key Responsibilities
- Provide initial commissioning plans and coordinate commissioning activities, including site acceptance tests and R2 testing for successful delivery.
- Conduct field services with team and service partners in pre‑commissioning, commissioning, maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs.
- Perform basic O&M; by monitoring systems remotely and carrying out basic warranty work.
- Prepare service proposals for utility‑scale project tenders, including O&M; plans, and review service contracts for availability guarantees.
- Conduct services for complex technical problems and coordinate with internal technical and R&D; teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of spare parts/unit inventory, usage and service expenses.
- Continuously develop knowledge of all relevant products and services.
- Communicate with management, sales teams and customers to support business development and complete jobs in a timely manner.
- Provide training to customers and service partners, ensuring personnel are competent to operate the products correctly.
Skills and Experiences Required
- Valid working visa in Australia.
- Background in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Engineering, or a similar field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar position with relevant duties.
- Utility project commissioning experience, including R2 testing, preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to effectively communicate with owners, team members, field teams and subcontractors.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Solid organization and time‑management skills, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
