The Auditor-General is a statutory officer who serves Parliament and acts in the public interest by promoting improved performance, transparency and accountability across the Northern Territory public sector. This role supports the Auditor-General in fulfilling his or her duties and responsibilities under the Audit Act 1995 (the Act). An Executive contract for up to 4 years may be offered.
