What you'll be doing

- Actively engage with customers to understand their requirements and preferences, and match them with suitable vehicle options
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our vehicle range, features, and capabilities to educate customers
- Negotiate and close sales, ensuring a smooth and transparent customer experience
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
- Assist with inventory management and stock preparation as needed
- Participate in sales team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills
- Foster a positive and skilled relationship with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry (not essential but preferred)
