Job Description

Sourcify Pty Ltd Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media, websites, digital advertising, email campaigns, and other marketing channels. Develop creative content that promotes the group’s steak, seafood, brasserie, and dining experiences across its Sydney venues. Write and edit captions, blogs, promotional copy, campaign content, menu-related content, and brand communications.

Support advertising and marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement, brand awareness, bookings, and venue visibility. Capture, coordinate, and assist with photo, video, and short-form content production for food, beverages, events, promotions, and venue experiences. Research audience trends, customer preferences, competitor activity, and hospitality market trends to support effective content planning.

Maintain content calendars and ensure marketing materials are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives. Monitor content performance across digital platforms and recommend improvements to increase reach, engagement, and campaign effectiveness. Work with venue managers, chefs, marketing teams, designers, and external suppliers to produce brand-consistent promotional content.

Ensure all content reflects the company’s premium dining standards, brand identity,



customer experience, and service reputation. Requirements Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents encouraged to apply. Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media, Advertising, Digital Content, or a related field.

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, advertising, or communications. Experience creating content for hospitality, restaurants, food and beverage, events, or lifestyle brands will be highly regarded. Solid writing, editing, storytelling, photography, video, and social media content development skills.

Excellent communication, organisational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
