We are hiring a Business Development Executive to support a growing Fleet Sales & Partner Acquisition function in Australia.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales skilled with strong B2B relationship-building capabilities and a proven ability to generate pipeline, close partnerships, and manage stakeholders. You will own your territory, engage prospective business partners, and support onboarding activities to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing business partners
- Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and market research
- Conduct business presentations and communicate value propositions effectively
- Identify growth opportunities and establish competitive market positioning
- Qualify leads and support partner onboarding activities
- Track performance metrics and ensure sales targets are achieved




- Maintain CRM updates and accurate reporting
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business expansion

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / Account Acquisition
- Proven experience managing the full sales cycle including deal closure
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience with CRM platforms preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned territory

Preferred Experience

- Taxi, Ride-Hailing, Transport, Logistics, Fleet, Rental Car, or Mobility industry experience preferred
