We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and highly organised Accounts All Rounder to join our team.

About the Role

In this wide-ranging role, you will manage day‑to‑day accounting and administrative tasks. You will work closely with management and our sales team to ensure the smooth running of our financial operations. This position requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills,



and the ability to adapt to the unique environment of the produce markets.

Key Requirements

- Language: Must speak fluent Vietnamese and English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and team members.
- Availability: This is a permanent part‑time role. You must be available to work every Monday, Thursday, and Friday.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle accounts payable tasks, including invoicing, payment processing, matching supplier invoices, data entry
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
- Assist with month‑end reporting and preparation of data for the company accountant.
- Answer phone enquiries, respond to emails, and provide general administrative support to the team.
- support each other, which includes stepping in to cover the cashier desk when a teammate is on leave.
