Maxwell Recruitment & Training isrecruiting an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our client's growing workshop team in Rydalmere.

About the Role
- Assemble, service and repair hydraulic lifting equipment.
- Install and replace hydraulic cylinders, pumps, valves and hoses.
- Carry out mechanical fault finding and repairs.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Perform preventative maintenance and component change-outs.
About You
To be successful, you'll ideally have:
- Mechanical Fitter Trade Certificate.
- Previous experience working on hydraulic equipment or hydraulic systems (highly regarded).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding skills.
- Experience using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential).
