We are looking for a agile and experienced Operations Lead to manage and optimize IT operations across the organization. This role involves overseeing service delivery, infrastructure management, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth functioning of IT systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with leadership and strategic planning skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage day-to-day IT operations including infrastructure, network, and application support.
- Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT operations with business goals.
- Implement and monitor ITIL-based processes for incident, problem, and change management.
- Manage IT service delivery and ensure SLAs are met.
- Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and third-party service management.
- Drive automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key operational metrics and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, data protection regulations, and audit requirements.




- Lead and mentor a team of IT support and operations professionals.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Six Sigma.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
