As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Audit & Risk Coordinator to support our audit, risk and compliance activities across our Australian Neocloud and GPU infrastructure operations. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll help embed consistent audit practices and risk management processes across the business, working closely with technical, commercial and operational teams.

The Role

This is a permanent full-time role suited to a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working across audit, risk and operational teams in a fast-paced, AI-native infrastructure environment.

You'll coordinate internal and external audits, maintain the corporate risk register, support risk assessments for service and infrastructure changes, and help ensure audit and compliance activities are well documented and followed through to completion. You'll work closely with Build, Operations, Sales & Marketing teams, as well as external data centre providers, auditors and assessors.

Coordinate the planning, scheduling and delivery of internal and external audits, including operational, financial and compliance audits

Maintain and update the corporate risk register, working with department leads to identify, assess and track mitigation actions

Support Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) and Integrated System Testing (IST) documentation and sign-off ahead of facility go-lives

Track Service Change Requests (SCRs) to ensure appropriate risk assessment, approval and documentation processes are followed





Assist with reviewing data centre provider contracts and Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC) invoices for compliance with agreed commercial and service terms

Coordinate audit and risk activities across BMaaS and VMaaS service lines

Maintain the audit and compliance calendar, tracking upcoming reviews, certifications and renewal dates

Prepare audit findings reports and track remediation actions through to closure

Support the development and maintenance of risk management policies, procedures and frameworks

Liaise with external auditors, assessors and certification bodies to support audit engagements

Assist with incident and issue logging, root cause analysis and corrective action tracking

Support certification audits relevant to a Neocloud/data centre environment, including ISO 27001 and SOC 2

Prepare audit and risk reports and dashboards for the Head of Operations and relevant governance forums

Maintain accurate audit and risk documentation, evidence and records

Support business continuity and disaster recovery testing

Monitor regulatory and industry developments relevant to data centre operations and risk management

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone with robust organisational skills, sound judgement and an ability to work effectively across technical, commercial and operational teams. You'll ideally bring:

3–5+ years' experience in an audit, risk, compliance or governance coordination role

Experience coordinating internal or external audits





Experience maintaining risk registers and supporting risk assessment processes

Strong understanding of audit methodologies, risk management frameworks and internal control principles

Strong Excel and reporting skills, with experience using GRC or audit management software highly regarded

Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple audit and risk activities concurrently

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to build effective working relationships across technical, commercial and operational teams

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Risk Management or a related field

Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2 or similar information security and data centre standards

Highly Regarded

Experience in data centre, cloud, colocation or broader infrastructure-related industries

Experience working with third-party data centre or colocation providers

Experience preparing Board or executive-level risk and audit reporting

Working towards or holding a relevant professional certification such as CIA, CRMA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or CA/CPA

Familiarity with GRC tools or similar risk and compliance tracking systems
