AFCA is seeking a Telecommunications Industry Lead to shape the Scams External Dispute Resolution (EDR) program and strengthen consumer protections across Australia. You will bring deep telecom expertise, regulatory knowledge and stakeholder influence to deliver practical, risk-based dispute resolution.

In this highly visible role you will engage with regulators, industry bodies and providers, lead telecom components of the program, analyse scam typologies and help design and implement robust
