Fred. Holidays, part of the Fred. Olsen Travel Group in Australia, is seeking a Customer Specialist to deliver outstanding service across the customer journey. You will work with customers, travel agents and suppliers to manage bookings accurately and build lasting relationships.
The full time, permanent role operates Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:30pm, on-site in Ipswich, with a focus on problem solving, administration, sales support and commercial awareness.
