We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Practice Leader to join our growing Operations Team in Sydney on a 12 Month contract. If you’re ready to lead with purpose and make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!

- Full time contract position – 12 Months
- Based out of Ermington, NSW
- Lead a team of dedicated support professionals
- SCHADS Pay Rate Level 3
- Access to salary packaging options of over $15k

About the Role

As a Practice Leader, you’ll guide and support a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred services that improve lives.

- Supervise and mentor support professionals
- Promote best practice through coaching and modelling
- Foster teamwork and collaboration across your team




- Lead service delivery aligned with organisational values and goals
- Build team capability to meet strategic objectives
- Ensure quality outcomes for clients through responsive support

What You’ll Need

To ensure safety and compliance, successful candidates must hold:

- A current Working with Vulnerable People Check with NDIS endorsement
- National Police Check (or happy to obtain)
