Service Leader - Before and After School Care

Job description: An exciting opportunity has become available at Camdenville Public School. This is a permanent, part-time Service Leader role offering 30 hours per week, consisting of primarily split shifts in the mornings and afternoons Monday to Friday. You’ll have a meaningful chance to lead with compassion, offering top‑tier support to children and their families. You will be responsible for:

- Leading and supporting a team of dedicatedEducators within your school.
- Building strong relationships with families and the school community.
- Supporting the day-to-day operations and programming of before and after school care & vacation care.
- Ensuring compliance with NQF standards and TASK policies.
- Working closely with your Service Manager, supporting and assisting with administrative duties.
- A fun, inclusive, and enriching safe environment for children.

What we’re looking for:

- Leadership experience in OOSH, childcare or education.
- A Certificate III (or higher) in Children’s Services, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid (HLTAID012).
- Completed Gecko Foundations of Child Safety Training.
- A positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills.
