We are an award-winning Wine Bar & Restaurant located in the vibrant inner-city suburb of Carlton. We have a small, close-knit team, that prides itself on providing a wonderful customer experience for all our patrons.
The Role:
Assisting and supporting the Bar and Restaurant Manager, (as the 2IC for the restaurant) with regards to shift management, opening and closing procedures, and other day to day routine operational tasks, including inventory management and daily/weekly prep duties.
What We Need:
- At least 2 years industry experience, ideally in a wine bar and table service environment
- Well presented,
with excellent customer service skills
- A positive, skilled attitude, and genuine passion for hospitality
- Weekend and evening availability
- Valid VIC RSA certification

This is a casual position and includes all entitlements under Australian Employment Law.
We are trading evenings on Tuesday to Saturday.Potentially extending to Sunday.
