This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for managing multiple entities, ensuring compliance, and driving financial performance and operational efficiency.

Our client, Nexgen Global Group, is seeking an experienced Accounts & Administration to lead finance and administrative operations across a growing group of companies.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for managing multiple entities, ensuring compliance, and driving financial performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end accounting across multiple entities
- Prepare group budgets, forecasts, and consolidated financial reports
- Ensure compliance with BAS, GST, payroll, and superannuation obligations
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance across the group
- Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Lead and develop the accounts and administration team




- Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and stakeholders
- Improve financial systems, controls, and reporting processes
- Manage student fee tracking and financial data through internal systems

Key Requirements

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA / CA / Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar leadership role
- Strong experience managing multi-entity/group structures
- Advanced experience with Xero (essential)
- Experience with aXcelerate or similar LMS for finance (highly regarded)
- Strong knowledge of Australian tax and compliance requirements
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
