We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused Customer Success & Account Manager to join a growing, fast-paced business. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers from their first enquiry through to delivery and ongoing account support. You’ll build strong relationships, prepare quotes, coordinate projects across internal teams and suppliers, and ensure every customer has a smooth, well-managed experience. This is an ideal chance for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives on organisation, and takes ownership of multiple projects at once.

What you’ll be doing

- Managing inbound enquiries and customer requests
- Building relationships with new and existing customers
- Guiding customers through quoting, ordering and product requirements
- Preparing quotes and following up active opportunities
- Supporting the conversion of enquiries into confirmed projects
- Coordinating handovers between customer service, production, logistics and suppliers
- Assisting with order setup, job tracking, and project coordination
- Maintaining accurate CRM and internal-system records




- Managing customer communication via email and digital platforms

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience in customer service, customer success, account management, administration, onboarding or project coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive, reliable approach and willingness to take ownership
- Confidence explaining processes and guiding customers through requirements
- Comfort using CRM, order management and digital collaboration tools
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new systems, products and workflows

Experience in packaging, print, design, manufacturing, supply chain or working with physical products will be highly regarded, but is not essential. Exposure to artwork review, Adobe Acrobat/Illustrator, Xero, or similar finance systems would also be advantageous.

Salary on this role will be between $70 - 80,000 + Super.

This is a full-time opportunity with genuine scope to grow into broader account-management responsibilities.
