We're looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to drive the successful technical delivery of complex technology solutions, integrations and enhancements across Australia's national digital health ecosystem. Play a key role in building the Agency's internal system integration capability and shaping future delivery practices, leading end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of technology initiatives, working with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes from solution design through to implementation and operational transition.

The key duties of the position include:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of national digital health technology solutions and integrations
- Provide technical leadership from solution design through to implementation
- Coordinate complex multi-vendor delivery across enterprise technology environments
- Manage delivery risks, dependencies, governance and stakeholder engagement
- Drive collaboration across architecture, security, operations and product teams
- Support operational readiness and successful transition into service
- Improve delivery practices, DevOps capabilities and systems integration maturity
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Extensive technical experience delivering complex ICT projects and technology programs within large enterprise environments
- Proven experience leading end-to-end project delivery across solution design, development, integration, testing and operational transition
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex systems integration and technology initiatives across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Experience in solution design, cloud platforms, enterprise applications and integration technologies
- Experience managing project risks, dependencies, vendors, delivery partners and cross-functional teams
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to drive outcomes in complex environments
- Experience applying project delivery and operational frameworks such as SDLC, ITSM, SIAM, PRINCE2, COBIT or similar
Eligibility
Australian citizenship is a mandatory eligibility requirement.
Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain both a national police clearance and a Baseline security clearance, with the capacity to attain a higher-level clearance if required by the Agency.

Salary: $124,583 - $142,089 plus 15.4% superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
