About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an Accountant seeking a supportive, collaborative environment with a purpose-driven team. You will play a key role in the smooth operation of the finance function, contributing to the success of the school community while developing your career in a values-driven organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with month-end close processes, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
- Daily bank reconciliations and payment processing
- Maintain integrity of the trial balance
- Support GST and FBT return preparation
- Assist with budget preparation and annual external audit




- Respond to finance-related enquiries from staff and manage parent account queries

What We’re Looking For

- Formal finance or accounting qualification (Diploma minimum)
- Previous experience in a similar accounting role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with banking platforms.
- Eligible for or hold a current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
