As the organisation continues to evolve, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior People & Culture Business Partner to partner with operational leaders and drive strategic people outcomes across a diverse workforce.
The Role
This is an exciting role whereby the Senior People & Culture Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Operations, Production, Quality, Safety, Engineering and Supply Chain.
This role is responsible for aligning people strategies with business objectives across a geographically dispersed, shift-based workforce. You will drive workforce capability, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement and organisational performance while providing expert guidance across Employee Relations, Industrial Relations and Employment Law matters.
Working closely with operational leadership teams,
you will play a key role in building leadership capability, supporting organisational change and delivering practical people solutions that contribute directly to business outcomes. Thisis a highly visible role offering the opportunity to influence strategy, shape culture and drive organisational capability across a large and complex operational workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Operations leaders to drive performance and workforce outcomes.
- Lead workforce planning, talent development and succession initiatives.
- Provide expert ER/IR advice and manage complex employee matters.
- Coach leaders on performance, change and people management.
- Support the delivery of culture, engagement and leadership programs.
- Use workforce data and insights to inform people decisions.
Skills & Experience
- HR Business Partnering experience within manufacturing, FMCG, supply chain or similar operational environments.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver commercial people solutions.
- Proven capability across workforce planning, talent management and leadership development.
- Excellent stakeholder management, coaching and influencing skills.
