- Assertive outreach reaching people where they are

- Wide-ranging hours including some evenings and weekends
- Full Time until June 2027 with possible extension
- Supportive team within a strong Model of Care
- We're seeking an AOD Treatment Worker focused on assertive support
- Comprehensive and brief assessment, one-to-one treatment, care planning and case management
- Group facilitation and assertive outreach, including support for clients in crisis
- Includes evening and weekend hours
- Works collaboratively across our programs and with external services
- Works across the Sydney North region (Hornsby, Northern Beaches and Ryde) as the service grows
