Up to $130K base + super + commissions

Our client is a rapidly expanding media and infrastructure business, operating a premium out‑of‑home network across key metropolitan and high‑traffic environments. With significant investment behind them and ambitious growth plans both locally and internationally, they are building a best‑in‑class commercial team in Sydney.

We are seeking a well‑connected agency‑facing media sales professional to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening key relationships, and delivering innovative, multi‑platform advertising solutions to both agency and direct clients.

Your Role

- Build and maintain robust relationships with media agencies and direct clients
- Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities
- Develop and deliver compelling, insight‑led sales presentations
- Drive revenue growth and consistently exceed sales targets




- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated client solutions
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Operate with pace and autonomy in a high‑growth environment

What We’re Looking For

- 4+ years’ experience in media sales within the Sydney market
- Strong agency relationships and a proven ability to win new business
- A commercially driven mindset with a track record of overachievement
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
