Dubbo Health Service are offering an exciting and unique prospect for individuals to acquire foundation level knowledge and skills in Emergency Nursing.This program supports Registered Nurses to transition to specialty practice through peer support and mentoring, with opportunities to increase skills, competence, confidence and develop critical thinking.
Participation in the program will result in upskilling the nursing cohort currently working outside of the Emergency environment.
