Our client, a respected national not‑for‑profit organisation supporting vulnerable children and families, is seeking a Fleet & Facilities Operations Officer with strong fleet, facilities and operational administration experience.
This role sits within a high‑performing team and ensures safe, functional and well‑maintained workspaces across multiple office locations. You’ll be the go‑to person for fleet coordination, facilities support, supplier management and day‑to‑day operational tasks that keep the organisation moving.

Key Responsibilities
- Fleet Coordination:
- Maintain vehicle fleet processes, bookings and documentation
- Liaise with suppliers, manage servicing schedules and ensure compliance
- Keep accurate records, contracts and asset information
- Facilities & Office Support:
- Assist with office setup, relocations and supplier/trades coordination
- Maintain WHS actions and ensure protected, functional workspaces
- Oversee office equipment, consumables, couriers and general site needs
- Asset & Procurement Administration:
- Maintain the operations asset register
- Manage procurement activities and contractor coordination
- Support onboarding/offboarding with equipment allocation
- Operational Administration:
- Provide reception coverage as required
- Respond to internal and external enquiries
- Assist with events, training logistics and catering
- Support organisational reporting through accurate data capture
About You
- Experience in fleet management, facilities, procurement and/or operations administration
- Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle competing priorities
- Confident working across multiple sites and engaging with suppliers
- Comfortable with databases, spreadsheets and internal systems
- Collaborative, proactive and committed to continuous improvement
- Current driver’s licence + WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
