We are seeking a reliable and experiencedMobile Crushing All Rounder Operatorto join our Crushing and Haulage team!

This is a hands-on role operating across a range of mobile plant within a crushing environment.You will play a key part in keeping the plant running efficiently while maintaining strong safety and production standards.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Operate and monitor mobile crushing and screening plant
- Conduct start-up, shutdown, and ongoing plant checks
- Adjust plant settings to optimise throughput and product quality
- Safely operate mobile plant including loaders, excavators, and water carts
- Complete pre-starts, inspections, refuelling, and general upkeep




- Identify and report faults, hazards, and incidents
- Follow isolation and lock-out/tag-out procedures
- Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings
- Maintain a clean, secure, and productive work environment

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in mobile crushing or mining operations
- Competency operating loaders, excavators, and water carts
- Excavator and Loader tickets (essential)
- HR Licence (required)
- Forklift licence (desirable)
- Strong safety focus and awareness
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in physically demanding site conditions
