Position
This Piling Operator role will see you operating piling rigs and associated plant to deliver high‑quality foundations and ground‑engineering works across active construction sites. You will be responsible for safe and efficient machine operation, supporting site teams in the delivery of CFA, bored, displacement or driven piling works depending on project requirements.
Your responsibilities will include daily machine checks, assisting with rig mobilisation and demobilisation, monitoring ground conditions, ensuring piles are constructed to design specifications, and working closely with engineers, supervisors and drilling crews to maintain productivity and safety standards.
You will play an important role in advancing project progress and maintaining a safe and well‑organised site environment.
You
- Experienced piling operator with proven capability on CFA, bored or driven piling rigs
- Strong understanding of civil construction, ground‑engineering and site‑based operations
- Committed to safe work practices, equipment care and adherence to procedures
- Able to work effectively with engineers, supervisors and on‑site crews
- Reliable, proactive and capable of meeting daily production targets
- Confident working in dynamic construction environments with varying ground conditions
