Silverchain in WA is seeking a dedicated Care Aide for a permanent part time role spanning 39 hours per fortnight. Shifts run Monday and Wednesday 8:00am–12:00pm and Friday 7:00am–3:00pm across Rockingham and surrounds, with eligibility to work in local communities.
You will provide personal care, medication support, meal prep and light domestic tasks, traveling between clients’ homes using a reliable vehicle and a mobile app to follow care plans.
