A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Full-Time Client Advisor to join our newly opening Pacific Fair Boutique. Sunday - Thursday roster.

Working collaboratively with the Boutique Manager you will be an active contributor to the dynamic sales team by delivering superior customer service and sales, in addition to working proactively and collaboratively with the boutique and brand.

The Opportunity:
Support the Store in the achievement of Sales targets, engaging in Training, stock counts, clientelling and operational activities.

About You:
You are an experienced retailer, enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about fashion and retail. Additionally, you have:

Minimum 2 years of retail experience is required for this position.

Candidates must have Australian work rights and able to work 38h per week to be eligible for this role.

Ability to engage with customers ensuring quality customer service and experience

The ability to multi-task to support the Supervisor in the delivery of the store presentation, achievement of sales targets, and product knowledge

An ability to demonstrate your success in meeting performance objectives (KPIs)

The ability to work independent, using your initiative to problem solve

Experience with using CRM and POS Systems

Robust communication skills face to face, over email and telephone
