Thirsty Camel Superstores is excited to be hiring a new liquor store manager for our busy Butler drive thru.With a network of 10 stores within this superstore group, your success in this role is ensured with comprehensive training and support from a group operations team.
The store offers a wide range of local and international products across Wine, Beer, Premix & Spirits. Candidates will be required to have an Approved Managers card, Police Clearance, RSA and management experience.
You will be the face of the store, responsible for the daily operations, and will mould an experienced existing team that is focused on consistently delivering exceptional customer service. Our experienced store manager has a long handover and will be available to fully on board you into the role to ensure your success.
We offer a excellent working structure of rosters and over‑time for any additional hours worked above your 40 contracted hours per week.
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated:
A self‑starting drive to run your own store and team, making it your own and defining your success.
An eye for presentation, ensuring the store is clean, stocked and visually appealing for customers.
Excellent customer service skills and good communication skills
Great knowledgeacross a wide range of products.
Minimum 1+ years previous experience managing a Retail Off Premise
A full understanding of stock control, stock forecasting and ordering
Cash handling, eftpos and cash operating expertise
Rostering capabilities
The positive leadership style that inspires and mentors your team to success.
A strong compliance focus eager to execute everyday with best practice
