This position is designed for students studying Exercise Physiology, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Dietetics or Podiatry who are seeking practical clinical experience while completing their degree. The role offers flexible employment arrangements, allowing students to develop clinical skills and confidence while learning from experienced allied health professionals.
Position Description:
- Support allied health clinicians during client appointments
- Prepare therapy resources and clinical equipment
- Assist with therapy programs and client activities
- Travel with clinicians to outreach communities as required
- Develop practical clinical skills while completing your studies
Position Requirements:
- Currently studying Exercise Physiology, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Dietetics or Podiatry
- Completed relevant clinical placements preferred
- Current C Class Driver Licence
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
- Eligible for, or able to obtain, a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid authority to work in Australia
Salary and Benefits:
- $32.90 per hour (Part-Time) or $38.48 per hour (Casual) plus Superannuation
