Heidi Health is hiring a Platform/Cloud Leader to own the cloud platform and reliability practice. You will lead a small team of cloud and reliability engineers, manage the on-call rotation, and stay hands-on with systems to support clinicians and health systems globally.

You’ll define SLOs, run incident response, and shape how Heidi ships through feature flags, canaries, and IaC. This role is in-office in Sydney or Melbourne with broad global impact.
