- Clinic Based Role working with NDIS & Private clients ages 2-15 years

- Caseload:Support children (2-15 years) and some young adults across NDIS and private clients, presenting with ASD, ADHD, GDD, Down syndrome, intellectual and physical disabilities, cerebral palsy, and adolescent mental health. A diverse generalist caseload to build broad clinical skills.

- Gradual Onboarding:Begin with two weeks of non-clinical induction, then build your caseload over 8 weeks- from 2 to 5 billable hours daily. Billables include face-to-face and non-face-to-face time (e.g. report writing), with 45-minute sessions and 15 minutes for notes.
- Mentorship & Supervision:Led by a Senior OT with 15+ years’ experience, you’ll receive 1:1 supervision, daily informal support, monthly wellbeing check-ins, and peer shadowing across clinics during onboarding.
- Professional Development:Access a$2,000 annual PD Allowance (pro rata,



recieve2 days paid PD leave, fortnightly team meetings for internal training & opportunities to work alongside Speech Pathologists and Child Psychologists
- KPI's:Maximum 5.1 Billable Hours per day - with a focus on providing quality therapy

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
